Job Summary

We are looking for energetic sales professionals with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience to join our Banca Channel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through the company's banking partners by building strong relationships with bank staff, generating customer referrals, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive life insurance sales through the assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank employees.
- Generate leads through customer interactions and bank referrals.
- Meet customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and need-based financial planning discussions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads, policy issuance, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit timely sales reports.
- Stay updated on company products, banking processes, and market trends.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or any direct sales background preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work across assigned bank branches.
- Passion for sales and business development.
