Urgently looking out for Backend Technical Lead-Golang (8-15 Years) with one of my esteemed client for Bangalore location

Years of experience-8-15 Years

Location-Bangalore

Work Mode-Hybrid (3 Days work from office)

Interview Mode-1st round-Virtual; 2nd round-F2F in Hebbal (Bangalore)

Responsibilities

 Lead architecture and design of scalable, highavailability backend systems

 Drive best practices for microservices, CI/CD, security, and observability

 Mentor developers and review designs and code

 Work closely with stakeholders on technical decisions and delivery planning

 Own system performance, reliability, and operational readiness

Requirements

 10+ years of backend engineering experience

 Deep expertise in Golang and microservices architecture

 Robust experience with cloud-native design on GCP

 Proven leadership in driving CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering standards

 Experience handling largescale, hightraffic systems

Qualification

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
