We are hiring for the desk that owns every channel where customers buy through a portal rather than a person — government tenders, enterprise procurement platforms, and our current Amazon Business storefront. Office-based role: no sales target, no field visits.

What you will do

Government & PSU tenders

- Manage GeM end to end — seller/reseller authorisation, catalogue listing, bid participation, compliance
- Track and respond to tenders across CPPP, state and PSU portals
- Prepare complete bid documentation: technical and commercial bids, EMD, bid security, PBG, corrigendum tracking, e-auctions
- Maintain vendor registrations, empanelment and renewals; run a live tender calendar
- Handle end to end process

Amazon Business — Global safety range Brand

- Launch and run our portfolio on Amazon Business: account and brand setup, category approvals
- Build and maintain listings — specifications,



certifications, images, pricing and B2B quantity discounts
- Monitor listing health, stock availability, buy box and campaigns; handle returns and claims
- Handle end to end process

Quotations & order processing

- Prepare techno-commercial quotations — part numbers, brands, specifications, pricing, taxes, delivery
- Manage SAP Ariba and customer procurement portals for key accounts
- Process sales orders and proforma invoices; coordinate with purchase, stores, dispatch and accounts through to delivery and payment
- Maintain a quotation database and weekly MIS on bids, orders and listing performance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
