We are hiring an experienced B2B Telecaller to generate qualified sales leads for a software company by engaging senior decision-makers in the BFSI industry.

Job Profile

Make outbound calls to enterprise decision-makers (CXOs and senior management) in Banks, Financial Services, and Insurance companies

Introduce the company's software solutions and create interest

Qualify prospects based on defined criteria

Identify business opportunities and decision makers

Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team

Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets

Follow up with prospects until a meeting is confirmed Job Details Role: B2B Lead Generation Telecaller

Work Mode: Work From Home

Employment: 3-Month Contract (with potential to extend or convert to full time)

Calling Hours: India business hours only

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience:



Minimum 1 year in a similar B2B telecalling or lead generation role Skillset Required Prior experience in B2B lead generation through outbound calling. Non-negotiable.

Experience speaking with enterprise decision-makers, CXOs, and navigating gatekeepers (Executive Assistants, PAs, Office Administrators)

Strong ability to qualify leads and book sales meetings

Excellent spoken and written English

Professional, confident, and persuasive communication skills

Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently from home

Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise technology lead generation will be preferred

Experience calling BFSI organizations or enterprise accounts will be an added advantage
