Job Title: Sales Executive B2B & DMC Sales

Job Summary looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive B2B & DMC Sales with 3 to 4 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong outdoor sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B travel partners, travel agents, and DMC clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and DMC partners.

Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to generate new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize business growth.

Promote travel products and services, including domestic and international packages.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.





Attend travel exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings as required.

Prepare sales reports and maintain an updated client database in the CRM.

Required Skills

3 to 4 years of experience in B2B travel sales and DMC sales.

Strong outdoor sales and client acquisition experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good understanding of domestic and international travel products.

Ability to build long-term business relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
