SS Tech Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced B2C Sales Manager to lead its International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international B2C sales, team handling, revenue generation, performance management, and customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the international B2C voice sales team.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor calls, conversions, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve sales results.
- Develop effective sales strategies for international customers.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Handle escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding targets, performance,



and business growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and sales processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2C voice sales.
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager is preferred.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in achieving international sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead conversion, and performance management.
- Comfortable working in US and rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Noida office.
