Job Description:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with strong exposure to the domestic market at PAN India level. The candidate must have proven experience in selling sheet metal components, sheet metal stamping, fabrication parts, frame & chassis assemblies, and related engineering products, along with a Mechanical Engineering background. The role requires strong customer handling capabilities, business development expertise, and a solid technical understanding of manufacturing and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and expand business opportunities across PAN India domestic markets.
2) Identify new customers, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial clients for sheet metal components, sheet metal stamping, fabrication parts, frame & chassis assemblies, and related products.
3) Handle complete sales cycle including lead generation, customer visits, technical discussions, negotiations, and order finalization.
4) Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business opportunities.
5) Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, cost discussions, and pricing strategies.
6) Coordinate with production, quality, tooling, and design teams to meet customer technical and delivery requirements.
7) Understand customer drawings, specifications, and manufacturing feasibility.
8) Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
9) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
10) Travel extensively across India for customer meetings,



business development, and project follow-ups.
11) Support marketing initiatives including exhibitions, product presentations, and customer audits.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1) Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes, including (mandatory): .
i. Sheet Metal Stamping
ii. Fabrication & Welding
iii. Frame & Chassis Assembly
iv. Press Components & Structural Assemblies
2) Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical discussions.
3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4) Experience handling OEM customers, automotive, engineering, or industrial clients.
5) Strong business development and relationship management skills.
6) Ability to work independently and manage nationwide customer accounts.
7) Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India.

Educational Qualification

1) Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
2) Experience Required 7 - 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
3) Mandatory experience in domestic market handling at PAN India level.
4) Prior experience in sheet metal components, sheet metal stamping, fabrication parts, frame & chassis assemblies, or similar engineering products is essential.
