Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive sales skilled to drive lead generation and business development for Zoho-based solutions. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding business needs, and supporting deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Pitch Zoho solutions (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.) to SMB and mid-market clients
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the pre-sales/technical team
- Maintain and update pipeline in CRM
- Support proposal creation and follow-ups
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth deal closure

Requirements (Must-Have):

- 23 years of experience in inside sales / SaaS sales / IT sales
- Basic understanding of Zoho products (CRM preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking




- Target-driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs

Good to Have:

- Exposure to SaaS / Cloud / CRM solutions
- Experience in demo coordination or client handling
- Knowledge of basic sales funnel and pipeline management
