Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities including productivity, yield, downtime, and shift performance.
- Ensure smooth plant operations with timely startup and shutdown of production lines.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
- Handle raw material trials, traceability, and process monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments for smooth equipment functioning.
- Support process optimization, recent product development, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FSMS, FSSAI, 5S, Kaizen, Quality Management System, and legal requirements.




- Supervise routine maintenance, breakdown handling, utilities, machinery, and plant equipment.
- Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, and maintenance costs.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and support EHS and audit requirements.
- Responsible for implementation and monitoring of food safety, quality, and IMS standards within the department.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / BE in Chemical Engineering with 510 years of experience in food manufacturing/production operations.
- Experience in food safety systems, process improvement, and plant maintenance will be an added advantage.
