Commercial Specialist-
5 Days , General shift
Principal Accountabilities -
- Costing & Coordination with Commercial Head
- Order Input & Internal Follow-up till dispatch of the material.
- Must have rich commercial knowledge, especially relating with domestic logistics management.
- Calculate product costs based on customer requirements and generate quotation form
- Review all points of custoumer PO or contact and identify risk points.
- Place order to SAP and WMS System with the approved order documents.
- Follow up all executing orders till order dispatch.
- Prepare all dispatch documents for domestic orders.
- Prepare quotation for all products as per requirements.
QMS, EMS, OHS requirements -
1.Follow all SOPs and IMS rules.
2.Work safely and use PPE.
3.Maintain quality and report any problems.
4.Keep workplace clean (5S).
5.Report unsafe conditions, spills, or NCs immediately.
6.Have basic Knowledge of ISO,9001,14001,45001
