Skills We re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who has experience in setting up new offices, appointing new partners, and managing business partnerships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our office network and ensuring smooth operational setup in new locations.
Experience in Franchise Development / Business Expansion
Strong negotiation communication skills
Ability to travel for meetings and new office setups
Relationship management skills
Basic understanding of PL and revenue models
Self-driven and target-oriented Responsibilities :

1. New Office Development
Identify and onboard potential partners.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospects.
Assist in setting up new offices (location evaluation, basic infrastructure coordination).
Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines and SOPs.
2. Partner Management
Maintain robust relationships with partners.
Provide regular support and business guidance to partners.
Monitor performance and suggest strategies to improve revenue.




Coordinate training sessions for partner teams.
3. Market Research Expansion
Conduct market research to identify potential cities and opportunities.
Analyze competitor presence and business potential.
Support marketing activities for new center launches.
4. Coordination Reporting
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and counseling teams.
Prepare weekly MIS and expansion reports.
Track Partner sales targets and conversions.

Qualifications :

Location: Pune / Maharashtra (Travel Required)
Experience Required: 1 2 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or partner handling
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Industry Preference: Education / Study Abroad / EdTech / Franchise Development
