About This Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our team. This role involves leading design development, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from concept to completion. You will play a key role in translating design ideas into practical, buildable solutions while maintaining the design integrity of each project.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and development for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, and site teams.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure design execution aligns with the concept.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality control during execution.
- Manage client communication and presentations when required.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
- Experience in handling projects independently.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
