Required Skills

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst.
- Mandatory experience in Life Insurance and/or Group Insurance domain.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.




- Experience in migration or transformation projects is preferred.
- Ability to work closely with business users, development teams, and project stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 47 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Good understanding of insurance processes, products, and operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering capabilities.
