The Role
A SAP Marketing / CX Consultant is expected to provide oversight of SAP Commerce & CX platforms, focusing on eCommerce and customer journeys, while implementing and supporting solutions for personalization and digital customer experience. Manage integrations between SAP CX/Marketing and core ERP modules such as FICO and SD, and support GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) technical configurations as required. Additionally, provide expert-level troubleshooting for web-based SAP interfaces and external platform connections.

Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in processes for SAP Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud (CX).
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and eCommerce business logic.
- Experience with web technologies, APIs, and cloud-based SAP integrations.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA environments and global enterprise deployment standards.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Master Degree & any relevant certification
