Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate B2B & B2C leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

✅ Handle UK & US client communication and convert leads into long-term clients.

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.

✅ Manage company and client social media accounts.

✅ Track campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL) and prepare reports.

✅ Coordinate with creative teams and manage client accounts from onboarding to delivery.





✅ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

✔ 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.

✔ Excellent English communication skills.

✔ Experience working with international clients is preferred.

✔ Comfortable working night shifts.

✔ Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, CRM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Basic SEO, Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
