Job Title: AYURVEDA DOCTOR (BAMS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a clinically strong and patient-centric Ayurveda Doctor with a focus on Panchakarma and management of chronic and lifestyle disorders.

The role requires a balance of clinical expertise, patient counselling, and overall patient management to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities

- Conduct OPD & IPD consultations
- Diagnose and manage chronic and lifestyle disorders (arthritis, PCOD, diabetes, digestive disorders, etc.)
- Recommend and supervise Panchakarma therapies
- Ensure proper follow-ups and patient progress tracking
- Maintain structured case records and documentation

Patient Counselling & Management

- Provide counselling on treatment, diet, and lifestyle
- Build solid doctor-patient relationships
- Handle patient queries (offline/online) effectively

Training & Communication

- Conduct webinars and patient awareness sessions
- Guide therapists or junior staff when required
- Take ownership of patient experience

Operational Responsibilities





- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth functioning
- Maintain discipline in clinical protocols
- Contribute to clinic growth and patient satisfaction

Required Skills:

- Strong Ayurvedic clinical knowledge with integrated approach
- Practical understanding of Panchakarma (advisory + supervision)
- Ability to interpret modern diagnostic reports
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Strong patient counselling ability
- Presentable, confident, and empathetic personality
- Leadership and ownership mindset

Eligibility:

- BAMS – Mandatory
- 3–7 years of clinical experience
- Experience in Panchakarma setup preferred

Compensation:

- Salary: As per experience

Working Hours:

- 9 hours per day
- Weekly off (flexible)
