Individual Role: AVP - Sales

Job Location : Kolkata (Bidhannagar)

Experience :10 to 12+ years

Real Estate Experience Mandatory

:

- Lead end-to-end sales operations and drive consistent revenue and profitability growth.
- Own the P&L; for the sales vertical across all business lines.
- Build, lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and clients; negotiate favorable commercial terms and ensure timely billing.
- Drive sales performance, distribution, and business expansion through effective strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.




- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement with regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Set and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Prepare accurate MIS reports and implement data-driven improvements to sales performance.
- Coordinate regular sales training and development programs.
- Plan and execute team recognition and reward initiatives to boost engagement and performance

Desired candidate skills :

- Strong leadership, training, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing individual performance and leading teams.
- Ability to motivate teams, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, management, and internal teams.
- Robust analytical, stakeholder management, and cost optimization skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive client matters, build relationships, and deliver effective solutions.
