Role Purpose

Scale RFR & RTFx fee businesses through cross-sell integration across the Axis ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth

- Drive forex and trade-related fee income
- Identify customer segments with FX needs

2. Cross-Sell Integration

- Embed forex propositions into:

- Loan journeys (Axis Finance)
- Travel, remittance, and investment journeys
- Drive inward/outward transaction opportunities

3. Digital Journeys

- Enable end-to-end digital FX journeys
- Partner with platforms like Freecharge for forex-led use cases

4. Analytics & Pipeline

- Build lead pipelines through data analytics
- Track conversion, ticket size, and customer usage

5. Stakeholder Coordination

- Work with product, ops, compliance, and subsidiary teams
- Ensure seamless execution and turnaround times

Key requirements

- Robust execution focus with ownership mindset
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and platforms
- High orientation towards data, governance, and compliance
- Experience in TPP / insurance / forex / investments preferred
