Title of opening TRIMS-CLOSURES, BIW-UPPERBODY, UNDERBODY Recruitment type On roll resources 10 to 12+ years of experience Details of the Job:  Work experience in domain of Automotive Trims -Closures, BIW – Upper body, under body.  3D, 2D preparation and release activities.  To generate various BIW design proposals, modify existing BIW parts designs based on the feedbacks from CAE, Manufacturing Engg., Vehicle build, Vehicle testing etc.  Able to study the surrounding interface parts, understand the impact due to the design changes & modify the designs  To study various issues, occur during part manufacturing, vehicle testing & production build and resolve them with feasible design solutions  To interact with project CFT members to resolve design issues Technical Requirements  Work experience in domain of Passenger cars w.r.t Vehicle structural parts like Side Wall, Underbody, Roof Structure, Front wall, Rear wall, interior trims, exterior trims, closures etc.



 Knowledge of BIW joineries, stamping, welding technologies, BIW assembly process & fabrication.  Good understanding of GD&T;, Tolerance calculations, Part locating strategy, Manufacturing process & understanding of designing sheet metal, Plastic, Rubber, FRP, NVH & fabricated parts.  Able to check the designs on CATIA-V5.
