Role & responsibilities

- Execute functional testing for all user stories in each sprint (2-week cycles).

- Build and maintain regression test suites (manual + automated) covering all critical flows.
- Test end-to-end signing flows: Aadhaar OTP/Biometric, DSC, NeSL, Virtual Sign (draw/type/ upload).
- Validate bulk operations: CSV upload, column mapping, batch execution (1000s of docs), DLQ error handling.

• Verify webhook delivery: HMAC signature validation, retry logic, DLQ for failed webhooks.
- Validate MIS reports: scheduled reports, custom columns, CSV/PDF exports, data accuracy.
- Test responsive design on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Perform API testing using Postman: validate request/response payloads, status codes, error handling.

- Log defects in JIRA with detailed steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity assessment.




- Collaborate with Developers on defect triage and retesting.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of QA experience with manual + automation testing.

•Proficiency in test automation tools: Selenium
- Strong API testing skills using Postman
- Experience writing test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and sprint testing.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience testing BFSI or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
- Knowledge of cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
