We are looking for a Automation Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) with a strong technical background in Servo Motors, Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs and proven experience in industrial automation Industry. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in selling and servicing automation solutions from brands like Inovance, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Delta, or Siemens. Key Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation products.

Hands-on experience with Servo Motors, Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.

Familiarity with machine tools, factory automation, and manufacturing industries.

Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients and close deals.

Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events.



Key Responsibilities:

Customer Visits: Travel to client sites for product servicing, troubleshooting, and support.

Technical Programming: Perform in office programming and commissioning of Servo Systems, Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.

Sales & Solution Pitching: Identify automation requirements at customer sites and propose suitable solutions from the Inovance portfolio.

Demonstrations & Training: Conduct product demos, trials, and training for clients.

After-Sales Support: Handle post-sales technical queries, installations, and breakdown visits.

Business Development: Support regional sales growth by building strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, and end users.

Documentation: Maintain service reports, programming logs, and sales documentation.
