Role Description The Autocad Designer will be responsible for creating detailed furniture and interior drawings, including plans, elevations, and construction details aligned with manufacturing requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing and modifying AutoCAD layouts, coordinating space planning concepts, and translating design ideas into precise technical documentation for production teams.

The role involves close collaboration with designers, engineers, and production staff to ensure drawings are accurate, feasible,



and compliant with quality and safety standards.

The Autocad

Designer will also review prototypes, incorporate feedback, and maintain drawing libraries and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for furniture, interiors, or related fields.
- Candidates should possess Drawing and Space Planning skills to translate design concepts into functional layouts.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and production teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software; familiarity with 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture Design, Mechanical Drafting, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in furniture manufacturing, interior fit-outs, or product design environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret technical specifications, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable design practices aligned with Artasia’s values.
