? Location: Odisha & Andhra Pradesh

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualifications

- MBA or Graduate in B.com.
- Experience in Audit, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Operations preferred
- Freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply
- Must be fluent in both Odia and Telugu (Read, Write & Speak)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct branch and field audits
- Verify operational records and compliance requirements
- Review financial and administrative documents
- Identify discrepancies and process gaps
- Prepare audit reports and submit findings to management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Travel to branch locations as required

Skills Required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and report-writing abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Attention to detail and integrity
- Willingness to travel extensively
