Role Description The Asst Manager – Finance (Mall) is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role oversees day-to-day financial operations for mall projects, including monitoring budgets, tracking revenues and expenses, and supporting financial planning and analysis.

The individual will assist in preparing financial reports, variance analyses, and cash flow projections, while ensuring accurate accounting entries, invoice processing, and timely reconciliations. The role also supports rental and CAM (common area maintenance) billing, collection tracking, and coordination with leasing, operations, and external partners to maintain transparent financial records.

Manager – Finance contributes to compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and helps identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reporting quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for mall or commercial real estate operations.
- Candidates should possess accounting and reporting skills, such as general ledger management, reconciliations, invoice processing, and preparation of management reports and financial statements.
- Candidates should possess mall finance and commercial real estate skills, including rent and CAM calculations, lease-related billing, collection monitoring, and understanding of tenant and vendor financial terms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and financial software or ERP systems, with the ability to work with large data sets and create clear financial dashboards and summaries.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and auditors in a professional manner.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (such as CMA, CA Inter, or similar) are an added advantage.
