About The Role

This is a high-visibility leadership role working directly with the CFO, COO, and CEO, acting as the CFO’s key finance partner in India.

You Will Operate At The Intersection Of

FP&A; & Strategic FinanceAccounting & ControllershipBusiness Partnering

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and wants to build and scale finance processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Driving

FP&A; & Strategic Business Partnering

Own financial models, forecasting, and performance analysisDrive insights on revenue, margins, pricing, and cost optimizationBuild and track key operational metrics (utilization, efficiency,



capacity)Partner with business and leadership teams to influence decisionsLead budgeting cycles, quarterly forecasts, and board-level reporting

Accounting & Controllership Excellence

Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely monthly closeStandardize balance sheet reconciliations and reporting practicesStrengthen financial controls and improve reporting frameworksDrive process improvements and scalability across entitiesMentor and elevate the quality of the finance team

Audit & Technical Accounting

Lead coordination with auditors on complex areasEnhance audit readiness through strong documentationProvide technical accounting guidance across entitiesEnsure compliance with global accounting standards

CFO Office & Leadership Impact

Act as the CFO’s proxy in India during US business hoursTranslate strategic priorities into actionable financial plansSolve ambiguous, high-impact business problemsDrive cross-functional finance leadershipPlay a key role in building and scaling the India finance function

What We’re Looking For

12–15 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / FP&ACA; / CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferredStrong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skillsDeep understanding of accounting and financial close processesExperience in multi-entity / global environments preferredAbility to operate independently with high ownershipAdvanced Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools is a plus)Interest in leveraging automation / AI in financeStrong communication skills with senior stakeholder exposure
