About The Role The Senior Full Stack Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core web applications and backend services. This position requires a highly experienced developer who can work across the full technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, a passion for innovative technology, and a keen interest in AI-driven development workflows.





Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a focus on backend technologies.

Proficiency in Node.js frameworks such as Express or NestJS.

Experience with Golang is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Practical knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Expertise in building modern, responsive user interfaces with React.js.

Familiarity with AI editing tools or AI-driven development workflows is preferred.

Experience with writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest or similar frameworks.

Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.

Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and design patterns.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services utilizing Node.js, with Golang as an added advantage.

Create scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices to support various application features.

Work with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases to develop data models, optimize queries, and enhance database performance.

Utilize NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for specific data storage needs.

Develop and implement responsive,



user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, ensuring optimal user experience.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.

Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure code quality and reliability.

Manage deployments using AWS cloud infrastructure, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless delivery and updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
