Program Manager- Replacement Role Location: CUSTOMER-Bengaluru-Bengaluru Years of Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager with a strong background in Program Management, particularly in Scrum and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.

Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.





Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging creative solutions and best practices.

Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in Agile practices and project management methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Program Management principles and practices.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Demonstrated experience in project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).

Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and related methodologies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in Program Management and Project Management.

Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs in an Agile environment.
