You'll own the learner experience, drive engagement, resolve escalations, and coordinate with internal teams and university faculty to ensure a seamless learning journey for working professionals.

Key Responsibilities: Handle learner queries, escalations,



and support via email, tickets, and calls Coordinate inductions and ensure smooth delivery of live classes, assessments, and cohort activities Track attendance, completion, and satisfaction; act on at-risk learner signals Improve processes and report key program metrics (CSAT, NPS, completion rates) Skills Required: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Comfortable with LMS platforms, Zoom, Salesforce Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment ?
