Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Assistant Program Manager to support day-to-day program execution, operational excellence, and business growth initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Program Manager and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Partner Success teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, and passionate about improving processes to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support program execution by coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Track business performance through dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in funnel analysis and optimization by monitoring key conversion metrics across different stages.
- Coordinate partner onboarding and manage end-to-end integration workflows.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support UI/UX enhancement initiatives across internal CRM platforms and external partner-facing tools by gathering feedback and coordinating implementation.
- Assist in planning and executing go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and partner engagement campaigns.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.




- Ensure effective communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, trackers, and status updates to ensure smooth execution.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Growth, or similar roles.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Growth, Business Operations, Account Management, or Program Management.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools is an advantage.
- Exposure to CRM platforms and project management tools.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
- Familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
