Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality before releases.

- Analyze product workflows and identify usability improvements and potential issues.

- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, pricing, and positioning.

- Research market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

- Identify market gaps and recommend potential product enhancements.

- Create and maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, release notes, user guides, and process documentation.

- Support requirement gathering and translate business needs into clear product requirements.

- Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog documentation.

- Monitor user feedback and collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize improvements.

- Support product launch activities and post-release validation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech (or) BBA/MBA with product analytics exposure.

- Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum or Business Analysis are a plus.

- 0-2yrs of experience in product management.

- A curiosity to understand users and solve real-world problems.

- A data-driven and customer-first mindset.

- Willingness to take ownership and work across multiple functions.





- A proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.

- Preferably, work experience in any Ed-tech platform.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Familiarity with Forward Deployed Product Management principles and customer-centric product delivery.
