About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Associate / Associate – Executive Search to join our growing team in Kozhikode. This role is ideal for professionals with 0–4 years of experience in recruitment agencies, executive search firms, staffing, talent consulting, or RPO organizations who are passionate about talent acquisition, research, and executive hiring.

As part of our Executive Search team, you will support leadership hiring mandates through market mapping, candidate sourcing, research, screening, and project execution while working closely with experienced consultants.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Search & Talent Mapping

Conduct market mapping and industry research to identify target companies and talent pools.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, databases, and networking platforms.

Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring mandates.

Identify senior professionals and key decision-makers across industries.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Screen resumes and profiles against client requirements.

Conduct initial candidate assessments and prepare candidate summaries.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems.

Research & Business Intelligence

Prepare market intelligence reports and competitor mapping.

Support business development initiatives through industry and talent research.

Generate structured reports and maintain research databases.

Project Coordination

Track assignment progress and update internal dashboards.

Ensure timely completion of research and recruitment deliverables.

Maintain documentation, process compliance,



and data quality.

Support knowledge management and internal reporting.

Collaboration

Work closely with Senior Associates and Portfolio Owners on executive search assignments.

Partner with business development and marketing teams by providing market insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–4 years of experience in a Recruitment Agency, Executive Search Firm, Staffing Company, Talent Consulting, or RPO organization is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong research skills and a keen interest in recruitment may also be considered for the Junior Associate role.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, or Boolean search techniques is an advantage.

Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
