Role Description The Associate Business Development role is a full-time, in office position based in Thane. The individual in this role will identify and qualify prospective clients, assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, and support outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to propose appropriate financial and accounting services, and preparing basic sales materials and reports.

The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, following up on leads, supporting proposal development, and contributing to relationship management and client retention initiatives.

A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in business development, sales, or financial services will be considered an advantage.
