Job Summary As an Associate Business Manager – Affiliate Marketing, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with internal teams, affiliate partners, and clients to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, achieve performance goals, and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build solid partner relationships.

Experience Required: 2–3 years Key Responsibilities Affiliate Campaign Planning & Execution Assist in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.

Coordinate campaign setup, tracking, and launch across affiliate networks and platforms.

Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely optimization to achieve KPIs.

Support the implementation of promotional calendars and campaign activities.

Campaign Performance & Optimization Track campaign metrics such as conversions, revenue, CPA, ROAS, and affiliate performance.

Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities to improve results.

Prepare regular campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Conduct quality checks to ensure tracking, creatives, and landing pages are functioning correctly.

Affiliate & Client Coordination Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and networks.

Coordinate with affiliates to ensure timely campaign launches, promotional activities, and issue resolution.





Support client communication by providing campaign updates, performance reports, and recommendations.

Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners.

Data Analysis & Reporting Use analytics tools and affiliate platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.

Maintain campaign documentation and ensure reporting accuracy.

Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with creative, analytics, tech, and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Coordinate creative requirements, tracking implementation, and campaign deliverables.

Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnership management.

Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and affiliate marketing platforms.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in a digital marketing agency.

Familiarity with a variety of affiliate networks and platforms.
