Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.

- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and software solutions.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting through CRM/Bitrix.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and contracts.

- Lead negotiations and close high-value business opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Coordinate with the implementation, support, marketing, and accounts teams for seamless project execution.

- Mentor, guide,



and support sales executives and business development associates in achieving their targets.

- Monitor team performance, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of opportunities.

- Handle key client accounts and resolve escalations professionally.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management.

- Ensure proper documentation, CRM updates, and adherence to the sales process.
