Vian Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team for a High-Rise Residential Apartment Project.

? Location: Kollur, Hyderabad

? Experience: 4–6 Years

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

✔ Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation

✔ Contractor & subcontractor billing (RA Bills)

✔ Measurement verification and quantity reconciliation

✔ Cost estimation and rate analysis

✔ Material reconciliation and cost control

✔ Coordination with site execution and planning teams

✔ Preparation of reports and project documentation

Requirements

✅ 4–6 years of experience in high-rise residential construction

✅ Strong knowledge of BOQs, billing, quantity reconciliation, and estimation

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD

✅ Positive understanding of construction drawings and site measurements

✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred. These responsibilities align with common QS practices in high-rise residential construction.
