- Stay updated with the latest trends in Human Resource Management and integrate them into teaching.

Skills and Qualifications

- Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/Marketing/English or a related field is preferred. Thesis submitted can also apply if you have teaching experience.
- 4-14 years of experience in teaching or industry experience in Human Resources.
- Robust understanding of HR theories, practices, and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for effective teaching.
- Publications in reputed academic journals will be an advantage.
- Experience in curriculum development and academic program design.
