Assistant Manager - Sourcing Responsibilities & Key Deliverables A).

Vendor

Management - Development and commercial know-how of Casting components.

- Technically sound in manufacturing processes of casting.
- New projects Tooling/Capex estimation based on the part geometry.
- Capacity evaluation of suppliers - Floating RFQ, technical synthesis closures, DVP closures with suppliers/R&D; - Should have good knowledge of vendor database - Should have Exposure to work on VAVE Projects. B).

Quality

Improvement - Capable enough to coordinate with the supplier and QA team for quality improvement - Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements - Co-ordination with NPD quality team for sample//APQP/PPAP closures Experience Should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Sourcing/Purchase/ Vendor Development Industry Preferred Qualifications B Tech Mechanical.

Should have good relationship management with suppliers Upholding high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of work and decision-making. The capability to identify challenges, think critically, and devise solutions to overcome obstacles. The ability to adapt to changes, handle unexpected situations, and work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
