To create & maintain a sustainable portfolio in line with underwriting policy of the company & to be the custodian of the underwriting guidelines & set standards, maintaining MIS and improvement in existing systems. Ensuring underwriting technical standards by Prudent Risk selection Direct Reportee:
- AM/Trainee/Executive/Sr Executive Claims Review, Branch Audit, adherence to UW authority in terms of discounts/ SI/ Products profitability analysis, MIS maintenance, preparation of dash boards.
Internal
Customers
- Sales Team, Ops Team, Claims Team; External Customers:
- Brokers, Corporates Graduate preferably in engineering with Post graduate in Insurance Choosing correct risks to be underwritten and maintain TAT, Co-ordination with sales and operation and solving their problems.
Developing
Existing systems to improve productivity and quality and maintaining MIS
