Responsibilities-

Primary Functions To achieve assigned sales targets and sales operating plan objectives by: prospecting recent accounts, developing and maintaining client rapport in existing accounts, identifying client’s requirement for Cyber Media Research services (market intelligence, market research and GTM services)

Matching clients requirement to existing offering of CMR via quotation and proposals

Signing orders for CMR services

Resolving clients problems and issues with research teams support

Ensuring the receipt of deliverables

Routine calls to ensure client satisfaction and account management

Sales Process documentation and adherence

Payment collection

Feedback collection
