Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources will support and administer HR operations to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle and a positive workplace culture. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi and includes responsibilities such as managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, and coordinating performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves handling payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.

The Assistant Manager Human

Resources will also support training and development activities,



assist in policy implementation, and collaborate with leadership and department managers on workforce planning and HR projects. Regular interaction with team members to address HR queries, resolve concerns, and foster a qualified, inclusive environment is central to this position.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Experience in HR operations such as payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, and HR documentation.

Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR policies relevant to hospitality, events, or service industries.

Capabilities in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to support a positive work culture.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR management systems for data management and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.

Prior experience in hospitality, catering, events, or luxury services is preferred, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Delhi.
