The Role:

We are looking for anImplementation Consultant to drive successful onboarding and deployment ofLeadSquareds platform for clients. This role involves understanding clientrequirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery alignedwith business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadend-to-end implementation of LeadSquared solutions for clients

Understandbusiness requirements and translate them into system configurations

Configureworkflows, lead management, integrations, and automation within the platform

Collaboratewith cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) for smooth delivery

Manageclient expectations, timelines, and deliverables





Conductuser training sessions and enable client teams for platform adoption

Troubleshootissues during and post implementation

Ensurehigh customer satisfaction and successful go-live

Requirements :

6+ Years of experience in SaaS implementation / consulting roles

Hands-onexperience with Saas/CRM domain

Strongunderstanding of workflows, APIs, and system integrations

Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills

Abilityto manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Experiencein CRM / Marketing Automation platforms is a plus

Exposureto tools like CRM, ERP, or automation platforms

Basictechnical understanding (APIs, webhooks, data mapping)
