The role involves managing end-to-end accounting, taxation, payroll, banking, and statutory compliance functions for multiple domestic and international clients. The position requires ensuring timely financial reporting, MIS, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with clients, auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

(Essential Functions)

· Manage end-to-end accounting functions including bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing for assigned clients.

· Prepare and maintain financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, Cash Flow Statement, supporting schedules, and other management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

· Process payroll, salary computations, statutory deductions, employee reimbursements, and ensure timely compliance relating to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (where applicable), Labour Welfare Fund and other employment-related statutory requirements.

· Handle banking operations including payment processing, fund transfers, bank reconciliations, preparation of payment instructions, and coordination with banks on routine operational matters.

· Prepare, review and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns, perform reconciliation of books with GSTR-2B/2A, GSTR-9/9C and address all GST compliance matters incl. notice/ assessment/ refund/ cancellation, etc.

· Prepare and file TDS returns, ensure timely deduction and deposit of taxes, reconcile Form 26AS/TRACES, issue TDS certificates, and ensure compliance with applicable withholding tax provisions.

· Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for companies, LLPs,



Partnership Firms, Branch office, Liaison office, Project Office and Individuals/ HNIs, including tax computations, advance tax workings and related compliance activities incl. notice/ assessment/ refund.

· Support tax planning activities by preparing tax computations and assisting in evaluating tax positions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

· Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, due diligence, compliance audit and other assurance assignments by preparing schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents and responding to auditor queries.

· Liaise with clients for obtaining accounting records, statutory information, supporting documentation and resolving accounting or compliance-related queries in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with GST, Income Tax, Labour and other regulatory authorities for assessments, notices, registrations, compliance matters and routine correspondence.

· Maintain statutory compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of all recurring accounting, taxation, payroll and regulatory compliances for allocated clients.

· Prepare various MIS reports, financial analysis, reconciliations and management reports as required by clients and DSA management.

· Maintain proper documentation, accounting records and working papers to ensure accuracy, completeness and audit readiness.





· Work closely with internal teams and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions while ensuring high standards of client service.

· Contribute towards continuous process improvements, automation initiatives and standardization of accounting and compliance processes.

Skills

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting and financial statement preparation.

· Good understanding of Indian taxation including GST, Income Tax and TDS compliances.

· Working knowledge of payroll processing and employment-related statutory compliances.

· Familiarity with banking operations, reconciliations and payment processing.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero and other ERP/accounting/ compliance systems.

· Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to independently manage multiple client assignments and supervise a team while adhering to strict timelines.

· Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, auditors, banks and government authorities.

· Reliable, organized and capable of working under deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Educational Background

· Bachelor/above degree Preferabbly CA inter qualified

· Possession of desired certification along with working relations

· Maintain positive relations across departments to resolve client problems.

· Effectively communicate with both internal colleagues and external client team

· Develop communication and working relationship with Supervisor/ all seniors.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurgaon, Haryana
