- Provides training and continues development on all maintenance personnel.

- Drives he maintenance and reliability initiative focused on preventive & predictive maintenance not reactive.

- Performs other duties by coordinating work.

- Developing and maintaining quality standards.

- Managing, maintaining and establishing maintenance procedures for production lines to ensure production.

- ISO 9001:2015 documentation maintaining according to QMS.

- Other duties as assigned.
