Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead and manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project planning, estimation, billing, client management, site execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior and turnkey projects.
- Prepare project estimations, BOQs, budgets, and billing schedules.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and building regulations.
- Manage project financials, cost control, and profitability.
- Lead project teams and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Resolve project-related challenges and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and stipulated timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Robust experience in Interior Fit-Out, Corporate Interiors, and Turnkey Projects.
- Expertise in project estimation, billing, budgeting, and execution.
- Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
