Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to manage Supply Planning and MIS activities. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless supply planning, demand fulfilment, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination while driving automation and process improvements to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end supply planning and demand fulfilment processes.

- Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process and ensure effective execution.

- Manage inventory optimization to maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.

- Plan seasonal demand, new product launches, and capacity requirements.

- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing plants, warehouses, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.

- Monitor warehouse capacity and ensure effective inventory movement.

- Oversee production planning and demand forecasting to improve forecast accuracy.

- Drive automation initiatives to improve planning efficiency and reporting accuracy.

- Prepare and publish MIS reports, dashboards, and supply chain KPIs for management review.

- Monitor and improve key metrics such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, Forecast Accuracy, and Customer Service Levels.





- Manage PR, PO, and SO approval processes in line with business requirements.

- Lead governance and SOP compliance across planning activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain challenges and manage escalations.

- Mentor and guide the planning team to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management.

- Hands-on experience in S&OP;, Production Planning, and Capacity Planning.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Experience in MIS reporting, dashboard preparation, and KPI analysis.

- Knowledge of automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or similar reporting platforms is preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, MIS, or related functions.
