About The Role We are looking for a sharp, self-driven .NET developer who can contribute from Day 1 — no extended ramp-up, no hand-holding. You will work directly alongside our senior development team on live, commercial projects across a range of client engagements. The expectation is simple: you are plug-and-play.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC applications
- Build and consume RESTful Web APIs and integrate third-party services
- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage SQL Server databases
- Work across the full development lifecycle — from requirement analysis through to deployment and support
- Collaborate closely with team members and adhere to established coding standards and architectural patterns
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of codebase quality
- Debug, troubleshoot,



and resolve technical issues independently with minimal escalation
- Deliver assigned tasks within deadlines without requiring supervision

Required Technical Skills

- NET Stack
- Solid proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework / .NET Core
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core
- Web API development — design, implementation, versioning, and security
- Entity Framework and/or LINQ for data access
- SQL Server — query design, stored procedures, optimisation

Frontend & Integration
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with AJAX and JSON-based client–server communication
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and third-party API integration

Engineering Practices
- Version control via Git — branching, merging, pull requests
- Understanding of OOP design patterns and n-tier architecture
- Experience with debugging tools and performance profiling
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

AI-Tool Fluency (Required) AtDrive operates at the cutting edge of modern software delivery. All team members are expected to actively leverage AI-powered tools as part of their daily workflow — not as an optional add-on, but as a core professional competency.




- Proficiency with AI coding and productivity assistants such as Claude (Anthropic), GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or equivalent platforms
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, improve code quality, and generate test coverage
- Comfortable prompting, evaluating, and iterating on AI-generated outputs critically
- Awareness of the limitations and responsible use of generative AI in a professional software environment
- Willingness to continuously upskill as AI tooling evolves

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field
- 2–3 years of hands-on .NET development experience in a professional environment
- Portfolio or examples of shipped work strongly preferred
