- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned area.

- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.

- Execute sales strategies and promotional activities as per the company’s marketing plan.

- Regularly visit outlets in the area to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing.

- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and distributors.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

- Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Area or Regional Sales Manager.

- Resolve customer issues related to product availability, delivery, or service.

- Support in recent product launches and ensure proper placement in the market.

- Manage inventory levels with channel partners to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
