Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Generate current business leads through online platforms, market research, referrals, and other marketing channels.

Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

Customer Visit Planning

Prepare daily and weekly customer visit plans.

Schedule meetings with prospective and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.

Customer Visits

Conduct 3–4 customer visits per day.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Sample Testing & Validation

Coordinate product sample testing with customers.

Follow up to ensure successful product qualification, validation, and approval.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer support and technical coordination.





Sales Target Achievement

Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Lead Conversion & Sales Tracking

Monitor the status of leads from generation to qualification and conversion.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in the CRM or reporting system.

Reporting

Submit daily visit reports, lead status updates, sample testing progress, and sales reports on time.

Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis.

Qualification & Experience

Education

B.Sc. (Chemistry or related field), BBA, or MBA (Marketing/Sales).

Experience

2–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the plastic industry, polymer industry, or specialty chemicals/additives industry.
