Role Description The Area Head role at Shopertyy is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram.

The Area

Head will oversee sales and operations within a designated territory, leading and mentoring a team to achieve revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets. This role includes developing and executing area-level sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities in the real estate investment space.

Daily responsibilities also involve performance tracking, reporting, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding sales or business development teams.

Proficiency in real estate sales, territory management, and client relationship handling, preferably in a similar market.

Ability to analyze market trends, evaluate investment opportunities, and develop effective area-level strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and close deals.

Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.

Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office productivity software for tracking performance and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Prior experience in real estate, financial advisory, or investment consulting is highly beneficial.
