Position: Architectural Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview The Architectural Intern will assist the design and project teams in preparing architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, documentation, and site coordination while gaining practical exposure to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in concept design, planning, and design development.
- Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp/Lumion (or equivalent).
- Support BOQs, presentations, and material selections.
- Assist in site visits, measurements, and documentation.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project files.
- Coordinate with senior architects on daily project tasks.

Required Skills
- Pursuing B.Arch.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction basics.
- Positive communication and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

– Junior Architect (Fresher or 1+ Year Experience)

Position: Junior Architect

Experience: Fresher or 1+ Year

Department: Architecture & Interior Design

Role Overview The Junior Architect will independently handle design development,



working drawings, site coordination, consultant coordination, and project documentation while supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare concept, GFC, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 3D models, renders, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Resolve design and site execution issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines.
- Support client meetings and project coordination.

Required Skills
- B.Arch degree.
- 1+ year of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit is an advantage).
- Good understanding of construction methods, detailing, and materials.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
